Blue Sky Projects (BSP) was founded in 2019 by Nicole De Bono. With over 15 years of experience in Melbourne’s vibrant catering and events scene, Nicole’s passion for food, hospitality, travel, and design inspired her to create BSP.

After guiding many couples to their happily ever after, Nicole’s passion for wedding planning was reignited when she planned her own Italian-inspired garden wedding in 2023. This experience deepened her love for creating intimate, beautifully designed, and deeply personal events.
